This version of the tool is for locked RFA (KVM) & BCM - It used to be that most of the JLR's in the US & Canada were unlocked, while this
is still technically true, we are seeing a sharp increase in locked modules. If a locksmith makes a key in Topix Cloud, it austomatically
locks modules. JLR has recently done a theft mitigation campaign and started locking modules to reduce theft. It is causing consumers
