The process for your first order:

1. Place an order here for your keys. If you are needing a logo on your keys, type "LOGO" in Line 1 above. If this is your first time ordering with your logo, please email your logo files to [email protected] and tell us your order number in the subject line. Make sure we have your DIRECT phone number so it's easy for us to get in touch with questions if needed.
2. We set up your project and engrave one key, then send you a photo of your sample for review within 1-2 business days
3. After receiving your approval, your keys are created and shipped usually within a few days (may require more time on larger orders)

Note:

1. If engraved keys are ordered alongside other products, they may be shipped together or as separate orders at your discretion. Please specify shipping preference in order notes. And again, please make sure we have your DIRECT PHONE NUMBER.
2. Price includes key blanks and engraving service.
